Caroline Smith, MNA, is the Program Manager of Communications, Scholarships, and Grants at the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation in Boca Raton, Florida. Before joining PFCF, Caroline worked in the finance division at Gartner Inc., where she focused on digital transformation and strategic planning.

Caroline earned a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications (Magna Cum Laude) from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame, with minors in Public Relations and Advertising.

As the Miss Palm Beach County 2023 recipient, Caroline has been deeply involved in community engagement. Caroline volunteers as a coach for Girls on the Run, is an active member of the Royal Dames Society, and participates in both the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches and the Junior League of Boca Raton. Caroline also serves as Vice President on the Board of the Notre Dame Club of Boca Raton.
