Director of Community Relations & Development
Margarita Pazmino serves as Director of Community Relations and Development at the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation, leading the development efforts for Monarca, the Foundation’s affordable housing initiative in Immokalee, Florida.
With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Margarita combines her love for philanthropy with expertise in community engagement, strategic partnerships, and relationship building. She is devoted to serving underserved communities and expanding access to affordable housing.
Before joining the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation, she served as Assistant Director for Community Outreach and Client Relations at Florida Atlantic University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, where she led the client services department, grew program enrollment, and cultivated strategic relationships with community stakeholders.
Margarita earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Atlantic University and is pursuing an Executive Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
