Vice President of Finance
Mirtha Montecchi has more than nine years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as their profit and nonprofit entities, executing and integrating plans to build a strong family legacy.
Mirtha began her career in accounting after she moved to the United States from a small town in Paraguay and decided to make Boca Raton her new home in 2005.
She received both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (2009) and master’s degree in Accounting (2011) from Florida Atlantic University. She has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2015.

Having grown up in an underprivileged neighborhood, she enjoys giving back to the community and volunteering with organizations that have an impact on and care for destitute children.
