John Scannell

John H Scannell served the Boca Raton Housing Authority for over 17 years as the Director of Finance, Deputy Director and for the last 7 years as the Executive Director.  Mr. Scannell is a Florida licensed CPA with over 30 years of experience in developing and driving strategic goals with a focus on financial reporting and analysis, including forecasting, capital and operating budgets, systems implementation, treasury functions, and risk management oversight.

He has a record for developing and implementing innovative solutions to assist low-income families obtain safe and affordable for housing.
