Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Doyle serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Foundation, leading the Humanitarian Hotels and The Catholic Initiative. The Humanitarian Hotels – Saint John’s Resort in Plymouth, MI, The Inn at Stonecliffe on Mackinac Island, MI, and the Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie, WY – dedicate 100% of net profits to charitable causes around the globe, while also undertaking philanthropic programming for employees, guests, and local nonprofits that represent the Foundation’s mission of serving those in need. The Catholic Initiative is a new, Vatican-approved model for investing in the sustainability of vibrant Catholic churches, schools, and parish communities, where the lack of financial resources is currently holding back their potential.
Prior to the Pulte Family Foundation, he spent over a decade with Deloitte Consulting, focused on advising hospitality and travel corporations around the globe on corporate strategies and transforming their organizations. At Deloitte, Kevin also served as the chief of staff for the firm’s $1 billion+ automotive, travel, and hospitality business unit.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and sociology with honors from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He was a Fuqua Scholar (top 10% of his class) and received the Dean’s Recognition Award.
Kevin, originally from Lynchburg, VA, resides in Glen Ellyn, IL, with his wife Caitlin Pulte Doyle and their five children: Grace, Callahan, Brady, Connor, and Kevin.
