Vice President of Development - Monarca
Margarita Pazmino serves as Vice President of Development — Monarca at the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation, where she leads the strategic growth and advancement of Monarca, a philanthropic initiative dedicated to affordable housing development in Immokalee, Florida.
With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Margarita combines her love for philanthropy with expertise in strategic collaborations, impact-driven donor partnerships, and community engagement. She is devoted to serving underserved communities and expanding access to affordable housing.
Prior to her tenure at the Foundation, she served as Assistant Director for Community Outreach and Client Relations at Florida Atlantic University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. In this capacity, she transformed client services operations and developed strategic outreach initiatives that significantly expanded program enrollment and community investment.
Margarita serves on the Naples Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is a member of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, and actively volunteers in initiatives that support the communities served by the Foundation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Atlantic University and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
