The Foundation has made a transformative investment in The IDDeal Place to create the first independent living campus for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Palm Beach County. With more than 8,000 adults with I/DD in Florida still seeking a place to live, this initiative addresses a critical and urgent housing gap.

The IDDeal Place offers more than just housing—it provides dignity, independence, and a permanent sense of belonging for its residents. Our investment will help fund the construction of three buildings on a 3.27-acre site, including outdoor spaces designed for peace, safety, and community life. To make this vision a reality, we are also engaging outside funding sources—state and local government, foundations, corporations, and individual philanthropy—all coming together to help build this forever home for these forever children.
